CityJet offers happy flights guarantee

CityJet t is offering passengers free flights if they are not happy with the airline's service, for a trial period. The new 'satisfaction guarantee' is being backed by an advertising campaign with the strap line 'This is How I Fly', featuring stories of passengers.
To support the campaign, the London City Airport based airline is launching a competition to find the next ‘face of CityJet’ to star in its adverts. The airline’s Facebook page invites passengers to upload their photos and their unique CityJet stories. Visitors are also asked to vote for the best story / picture. The entrant with the most votes will become the face of the airline and win two return flights (yes, just two !).
