CityJet launch Milan flights

CityJet, the Air France - KLM subsidiary, has launched a two flights a weekday service to Milan Linate Airport from London City. The new route brings its network from the Docklands hub to 14 routes. It is using a 90-seat AvroJet AR8 on the route, with fares from £178 return, including taxes.
The airline's CEO, Geoffrey O’Byrne White, said: ‘We are already the largest operator out of London City Airport. Our new route to Milan complements our existing European network and also cements our leading position at the airport.'
‘The route offers a frequent and efficient service to the business and financial capital of Italy. The schedule allows both outbound and inbound passengers to do a full day’s business in either city.’
