CityJet to launch Pau flights
15.03.11
CityJet is to launch another route to France at the start of next month with three times weekly flights to Pau in the Pyrenees. Rival Ryanair will pull out of the French airport at the end of the month – including axing flights to Stansted – because of the move.
The new year-round flights take off on April 2, using a 95-seat Avro RJ85 jet. The service is aimed at visitors to the Atlantic coast, Lourdes, Biarritz and the region’s ski resorts. It will operate each Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
CityJet has previously announced that it is adding flights to the French destinations of Avignon and Toulon in May.
