New Geneva flights take off
24.10.09
A twice daily service between London City Airport and Geneva takes off tomorrow, offering connections to Venice and Florence. Geneva-based Baboo launches the flights, using 74-seat Q400 aircraft, with fares from £51 one way including taxes.
London City Airport chief executive Richard Gooding said: ‘The timing of the departures are perfectly scheduled for our passengers to maximise their day in Geneva. The on-board product of the airline is excellent, and we know it will be well-received by our passengers.’
‘Take out the lengthy surface travel time to other airports, long security queues and the even longer walk to the gates, and Baboo will also get passengers to Venice or Florence faster than any other airline from London.’
